“Within two months I could already start telling the difference in my feet and legs, mainly because I could sleep at night.”
Charlie, a Diabetes Care infusion patient, stated he had taken his dad’s walker out because he felt like the neuropathy in his feet was to the point in the next month or so, he might have to use it. He said, “I mean I just, I couldn’t walk.” He continued, “I would wake up two, three times a night with these sharp pains in my feet.”
After he started the infusion treatments, Charlie said, “Within two months I could already start telling the difference in my feet and legs, mainly because I could sleep at night.” He reported he also noted that his blood sugar had improved. He stated he’d been able to reduce his insulin from 50 units down to 36 units.
Charlie reported he also needed to have eye injections for bleeds that he was having in his eyes. He stated, “And, when I went back, it was about four or five months, just to have an eye exam, the eye doctor (of course he didn’t know I was doing this), just flat out said, I don’t what’s going on, but these bleeds have stopped.”
When asked if he refers others to seek the infusion therapy treatments, Charlie concluded, “Absolutely. I tell people about it all the time.”
