“I was in bed for two years or three, maybe. I felt like I couldn’t hardly move. And I’ve been that way for years.”
Aletha, an Infusion Therapy patient, stated Dr. Miller at Comanche County Medical Center (CCMC) recommended the Infusions for her. She said, “I was in bed for two years or three, maybe. I felt like I couldn’t hardly move. And I’ve been that way for years.”
Aletha said, “I just basically gave up because I went to so many specialists, so 20 doctors who better had told me that I would never get better. There’s no cure.” She added, “I wanted to get back to my life and not lay in bed all day, every day. So then Dr. Miller came up with this.”
She reported for the first month of treatments, she had the Infusion Therapy twice a week for the initial two or three weeks. After that she stated she went every other week.
Aletha shared the improvements she noticed, “My elbows, they cleared up. I mean, they were cracking and bleeding from my wrist down past my elbows. My muscles have gotten better. I stopped swelling in my arms — my vision has gotten better.”
She continued, “And here’s the best part. I go to the store; I go to the Walmart once a week. I’ve been going back to garage sales — I used to thrive on garage sales, but I hadn’t gone in 10 or 12 years. I go to friends’ houses, I go to Bible Study at night, oh my God, it’s just I’ve never, ever, ever thought that I would have my life back.”
